Are Live-App users unlimited?

Yes. You can invite unlimited Live-App users without per-user pricing.

What happens if I exceed record or storage limits?

You can add additional record and storage packs or talk with our team about scaling options.

Is Knack Health HIPAA compliant by default?

Knack Health provides HIPAA-ready infrastructure and tooling. Customers are responsible for configuring their apps and workflows appropriately.

Do you support single sign-on (SSO)?

Yes. Knack supports Google SSO for Live-App users, with optional domain restrictions.

Can I start on HIPAA Corporate and upgrade later?

Yes. Many teams start on HIPAA Corporate and move to Enterprise as their needs grow.

Is there a free trial?
